You may be wondering about the long delay since our last issue of the Support EDGE Newsletter. Over the past couple of months we have suspended publication of the newsletter pending some much-needed revisions to the website. The revisions are now “complete enough” to unveil our new look, even though we will still be making continuous improvements.
Among the improvements:
1. You will no longer be required to log in to read the current and back issues of the Support EDGE Newsletter. Viewers can find the current issue along with the most recent back issues in the Featured Stories carousal, slightly older issues below the carousal, and still older issue in our Archives (accessible via the bottom right archives link on of front page).
2. Reading format has been greatly improved, as well as the general aesthetic appeal of the site.
3. Support EDGE subscription process, and newsletter look and feel, have been revamped, streamlined and automated.
One note on the new Support EDGE subscription process: All current newsletter subscribers were emailed a subscription confirmation on 4/28/12. You will need to click the Confirm button on that email to reactivate your subscriber status under the new process. If you did not receive that email please enter your email address in the subscription box below to add it to our system. Once you receive the validation email, please click the Confirm button activate your subscriber status.
In the coming months we will be adding “how to” e-books, video courses and other packaged resources to enhance your experience and help improve your capability and value on the job. In the meantime, please enjoy the new site and new site features.
