Tier 1 Support Specialist
Interactive Online Training
DEMO VERSION
Please note that since this is a demo version of the
training, not all links
on this page are functional. For purposes of demonstrating the training, only
Video Modules 1 & 7 are currently active. Moreover, the course book
itself is an abbreviated version that allows the viewer to cover the first two
modules only. Additionally, of the review exercises that appear under each major
section of video links, only the Customer Service Review is functional.
Welcome to the online DEMO version of Tier 1 Support Specialist training! This training takes the form of a video-taped, interactive seminar.
You will be viewing sessions that were taped before a live audience with
participants who are practitioners in the support industry. What you see in the
video modules is an accurate representation of what you would see if you were to
attend a live event. The only difference is, you'll be sitting at your desk! The class consists of video instruction, class exercises, and
an exam. For
your convenience, the course description, course book, and exam are included in the links below. Though it is not required for the course, it is
recommended that you print out and read both description and objectives. Once
you have finished, you can proceed to the step-by-step instructions below: >>
